Requirements:
- Proficient in installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing most residential HVAC systems / brand types
- Understanding of Refrigerant, Gas and Electric Furnaces, Heat Pumps
- Understanding in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems.
- General knowledge in all HVAC Low Voltage Systems
- Ability to troubleshoot.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Identifying potential risk on equipment.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Exceptional Safety Knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- BONUS – Knowledgeable in Boilers
Qualifications
- HVAC Technician Experience - 2+ Years (Required)
- Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record (Required)
- High School Diploma, GED or Suitable Equivalent (Preferred)
- Excellent Written, Verbal and Interpersonal Skills
- Physically agile, dexterous and ability to work in confined spaces
