Install or Replace a Heat Pump: They came out to give me a second opinion and spent significant time diagnosing the issue which gave me confidence in the repair proposal. In addition it saved me $1675 from the previous repair quote I had received from a different HVAC Contractor who charged me $175 for his 30 minute diagnosis which was incorrect and admittedly based on a hunch. So if I listened to him I would have been out $2175 and still have had the issue he was hired to fix. SHORELINE COMFORT LLC  was excellent to work with and very communicative throughout the project. They even followed up a week later to make sure everything was working properly. It is hard to find someone you can trust and I cannot recommend them enough.

Ive already referred them to someone else and plan on using them for regular maintenance. They were professional and completed the work within a couple of days after I called them.
